Diana has worked exclusively In the legal field since 1974 as a legal secretary, office manager and litigation paralegal.

Diana is a member of the Indiana Paralegal Association and its Board of Directors as the Continuing Legal Education Director. She is a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. Diana completed the National Business Institute Continuing Legal Education Advanced Litigation Skills Certificate Program in 2005. She has been a speaker for the Institute for Paralegal Education's Trial Preparation seminars. In 2007, Diana was named the Indiana Paralegal of the Year.

Diana also devotes time to several worthy organizations. Since 2002, Diana has acted as co-facilitator of the Indianapolis Brain Tumor Support Group at Community North Hospital and is a member of the B.R.A.I.N. Trust providing support to brain cancer patients and their caregivers. Diana participates annually in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and other charitable walks throughout the year.

In 2008, Diana began working as a paralegal at Hovde Dassow & Deets. Her diverse background within the various legal sectors coupled with her education and compassionate nature has prepared her for a meaningful career In the legal field of wrongful death, personal injury, product liability and consumer class action litigation. Diana works closely with attorney Robert Dassow.
